Devotion has nothing to do with dramatic declarations. It shows up in follow‑through, in remembering details, in actually doing what you said you would. It’s about consistency. Anyone can perform submission; very few can embody it. I don’t need you to play the role. I need you to become the part. I notice the subtleties, and that’s where real devotion lives.
